Higher revenue.Lower commissions.Better distribution.Every day.

Most hotels already sell rooms. But:

01

High distribution costs

A hotel can sell well and still give away part of the revenue it has worked to generate. High intermediary commissions, offer structure and inefficient distribution increase the cost of sale every day.

02

Untapped sources of demand

We connect the hotel with new distribution partners and open access to guest segments and markets it was not reaching before.

03

Rates that lag behind demand

Demand changes every day. Active rate management helps make better use of both occupancy and ADR.

Remove these barriers, and your hotel can sell better.

WHAT WE DO

Three areas.
One goal: higher revenue.

01 / OPTIMISE

Get more from your existing sales.

Before opening new sources of demand, we improve what is already working.

Costs and commissionsWe optimise commissions and commercial terms with distribution partners.
DistributionWe improve room mapping, availability and channel structure.
Offer structureWe streamline rate plans, restrictions and booking policies.
AutomationWe use automation to reduce manual work and respond faster to changes in demand.

Greater scale. Stronger negotiating position.By representing multiple properties and drawing on years of experience with OTAs, we can negotiate from a position that an individual hotel often does not have.

02 / EXPAND

We open up new sources of demand.

Not every guest looks for a hotel in the same places. We add new distribution partners and open the hotel to segments and markets it was not reaching before.

Illustrative increase in hotel occupancy from 62% to 88% through additional sales channels

03 / MANAGE DAILY

Revenue is built every day.

Revenue management is not a monthly report. It is a series of daily decisions.

Rates and restrictions

We adjust rates, minimum lengths of stay, restrictions and booking conditions to current demand, seasonality and events.

Booking pace

We continuously track how quickly bookings are coming in and compare performance with historical data and current market conditions.

Market and events

We analyse competitors, events, seasonality and local demand drivers, then adjust pricing and distribution strategy accordingly.

Occupancy and ADR

We aim for the best overall result — increasing occupancy, but not at any price. What matters is the right balance between booking volume, ADR and profitability.

Responding to demand

We respond quickly to market changes — updating rates, restrictions, availability and promotions as soon as new demand signals appear. We capture opportunities and reduce the risk of missed demand.

Technology

Technology supports decisions. It does not replace experience.

We use a range of tools for data analysis, automation, distribution and market monitoring. We fit the technology to the hotel and its sales model — not the other way around.

Channel management

Manage availability, rates and distribution across multiple channels from one place.

Rate optimisation

Demand, competitor and historical-data analysis supporting daily pricing decisions.

Analytics and reporting

We turn sales data into clear reports so performance, trends and deviations are easier to spot.

Market monitoring

We monitor competitors, rates and shifts in demand to identify opportunities and risks sooner.

AI and automation

We automate repetitive processes and data analysis while keeping decisions where human experience matters.

HOW WE WORK

From data analysis to results.

01

Data analysis

We analyse the hotel’s sales, distribution costs and potential for further growth.

02

Action plan

We identify the revenue gap, growth opportunities and priorities.

03

Implementation

We implement agreed changes in distribution, commercial terms, automation and the partner portfolio.

04

Active management

We manage rates, availability and distribution, responding to changes in demand.

05

Monthly report

Every month we show what we have done, the results achieved and the priorities for the month ahead.

A dedicated team for your hotel

Every HSL client has a dedicated account manager and revenue specialist. The account manager coordinates the relationship and ongoing activity, while the revenue specialist is responsible for day-to-day rate, availability and performance management.

“Deciding to start working with the Hotel Sales Link team was one of the key steps in the development of our aparthotel. From the very beginning, I felt I was dealing with professionals who not only understand the hotel market exceptionally well, but above all know how to drive sales effectively. The results speak for themselves — more bookings, an improved average rate, higher off-season occupancy and tangible strategic support. I also appreciate the full transparency of their work and ongoing communication. For me, this is a partnership that delivers real value.”

ABOUT US

We know hospitality from the inside.

Hotel Sales Link grew out of hands-on experience in the day-to-day sales and management of hotels. We combine extensive hospitality experience with a track record of working with distribution partners across multiple markets. We do not build strategies in isolation from operations — we focus on what can be implemented and measured.

We bring together sales, revenue management and technology, giving independent hotels access to capabilities usually available to larger hotel groups. We work alongside each hotel’s team, taking responsibility for the areas where we can make a measurable contribution to revenue.

Sales

We develop distribution, acquire new partners and open up additional sources of demand.

Revenue management

We manage rates, availability, restrictions and revenue strategy every day.

Technology and automation

We manage distribution technology, integrations, automation and tools that support sales.

HSL has been operating since 2023. The team combines over 20 years of experience in tourism and revenue management with hospitality experience dating back to 2005.

FAQ

Clear answers before we talk.

What does the free sales analysis include?+

We review distribution costs and channels, rates and rate plans, room mapping and availability, sales partners, sources of demand, system settings and automation opportunities. We use this analysis to identify growth potential and estimate the revenue gap.

Do we need to change our PMS or channel manager?+

Not necessarily. We recommend technology changes only when they genuinely improve sales, control or efficiency.

Do we retain control of our hotel accounts?+

Yes. The hotel remains the owner of its accounts and data. We work within an agreed scope.

How quickly can we get started?+

We can begin the analysis once we receive the necessary access and sales data.

How does your fee work?+

We work on a performance-based model. We agree on a baseline, and HSL’s fee represents a share of the additional revenue generated above that level. The details are defined after the audit and analysis of the hotel’s starting position.
